  • You must provide clear explanation or screenshot of the issue.

  • Your usage must comply with the original license (e.g., no redistribution or heavy modifications).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Misuse or edits made after delivery

  • Issues caused by third-party plugins or custom scripts
